Shredded paper can be recycled in your blue-bin AS LONG AS YOU HAVE PLACED IT IN A CLEAR, TIED PLASTIC BAG. Workers at the recycling facility will see it and pull it off the conveyer belt by hand to be recycled with the rest of the paper.
