The Lamoille Regional Solid Waste Management District is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated Outreach Coordinator. This person will create and implement educational programs targeting waste reduction, recycling and composting through a variety of community outreach activities and programs. Each day brings new opportunities ranging from designing and writing content for newsletters, to teaching kindergarteners about the importance of recycling, to working with local businesses to implement on-site compost systems. Applications for full and part-time positions are accepted on a rolling basis. Pay starts at $18.50/hr (negotiable depending on experience), with a $2 differential on weekends.
